I started cooking mushrooms only after my marriage. Since then our family is addicted to this vegetable. We like mushrooms in vegetable gravies, in pasta, as a stuffing in paratha and in soups. It has got a very distinctive flavour. It is very good for boosting the immune system and helps in weight loss as well. I have read that mushrooms have a very high water content too. This time, I thought of making a starter with the packet of mushroom sleeping in my fridge. This turned out so well and I am sure you all will like it. I have tried to make this with my own spice variations and I am quite satisfied with the result.
